We use DHL’s service network. The Parcel agent service is suitable for those who need to send a package that cannot fit in a parcel locker or mailbox and that aren’t suitable to leave outside the recipient’s door. Delivery takes place the next day before 12.00. When the package is delivered to the customer, the recipient is notified via SMS with the shipment number, a link to identification with Bank-ID, and at which parcel agent the package is available for pick-up.
Both you and your customer can track the delivery all the way to the agent through our tracking system. Your customer identifies himself when picking up his package.
