About Home delivery
CityMail offers package delivery all the way to your customers’ homes. We deliver during daytime hours between 9.00 – 16.00 and both you and your customer can track the delivery in our tracking system. When the delivery is completed, your customer will be notified in real-time and with a photo receipt if the package is left outside the door.
Through our API, you can inform the customer during checkout on which day the package will be delivered. We have two different speeds for the “Home delivery daytime” service, a fast one and a climate-friendly slower one where the packages are co-delivered with other mail and packages. It is possible for your customer to adjust their delivery even after the purchase is completed.
